#IT001: Updating of Indigo New Formats Dated 5/2/2026

Dear Client,

As per the request, we checked and found out that Indigo has updated their ticket format and now we can set it up for maximum efficiency however, you must understand that not all data can be fetched and a nominal manual intervention shall be needed. We shall however do our best to ensure that all the data that can be captured will be captured.

If you want us to proceed updating the new format, you need to provide us with a minimum for 4 samples of each types like: single passenger-single zone, Single passenger-Multi Zone, Multi passenger- multi zone, etc.

Below is the invoice for this task and the payment button. Please make the payment and send us the formats to start the work. The work is likely to be completed in maximum 5 working Days.

Client update 12/2/2026: We will provide an update once the payment has been completed. Meanwhile, could you please check Air India Express as well? We are currently unable to upload the Air India Express details on the portal, as it is not accepting the upload.

Please check on your side and inform if any bug found at the earliest. if It is good to go, let us know that too. We have made it to capture all possible data and the one that is not captured can not be captured as already said..

System update 20/2/2026: Format has been updated and added at the second from top to the list. Now the ticket type like single zone, mulgtoi zone will be auto identified by the system. All the 4 formats samples have been tested and are working well. Please check on your side and inform if any bug found at the earliest. if It is good to go, let us know that too. We have made it to capture all possible data and the one that is not captured can not be captured as already said. Therse may be minute bugs in the billing as some uncommon field may be missing. need to add them manually.
